The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Data controller as they are necessary to manage the site and, on the basis of specific information, and where necessary on the basis of consent, to offer and perform the services offered by
the website itself.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP
addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL form (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server,
the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.
Furthermore, these data, that are necessary for the use of web services, are processed for the purpose of:
- obtaining statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or on a daily basis, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- monitoring correct operation of the services offered. The navigation data do not persist for longer than the time required to guarantee operation of the website and they are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need for investigating
crimes by the judicial authorities).
Data submitted by the user
The optional, express and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses, as well as filling in and submitting the forms on the websites, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data, which are necessary in order to reply, as well as all

Cookies and other tracking systems
No cookies for user profiling or other tracking methods are used. Session cookies (non-persistent), on the other hand, are used in a way that is strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the websites. The storage of session

In the envisaged cases, the Data subjects have the right to access personal data and to rectify or erase them or to restrict their processing or to object to the processing (pursuant to articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The specific request can

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
Data subjects who deem that the processing of the personal data referring to them and performed through this website occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as envisaged
by art. 77 of the Regulation, or to apply to the competent judicial authority (pursuant to art. 79 of the Regulation).
